I tend to agree with Ornello. Film has only one speed with a given developer. To say I exposed a given film at an EI of 1000 really doesn't tell us much. What light meter was used? To what standard is the meter calibrated? Was it reflected light or incident light that was measured? How reflective wa...

Thanks for posting. I've been developing & printing film since 1971 and have never used Rodinal - I have been in the HC-110B camp since around 1976 (just finished 12 rolls of HP5+ & 2 rolls of Delta 3200 tonight) and rarely leave. When I do step out it's D-76. I just might give mixing my own...

I've used 10 year old HC-110 with no issues. Right now I'm on a bottle that expired in Feb 2008 and I have no issues with the last 20 rolls of HP-5 I've developed. I don't think that it's the HC-110 as I've used it since 1975 and never had an issue with it. My guess is it's the Pan F. Pan F is known...
