I've never really experimented with diluting my developers. Usually I just dilute 1:1. I'm told that by diluting more it introduces more sharpness, but also more grain. Is that true? Thanks. That is helpful. It states that the photo flow is non-hazardous, as I would’ve thought. So down the drain it goes. From what I understand the danger is that the silver collects in the waste.
