Hi,
My name is Fernando, from Spain, and I'm a new member of this forum.
Congratulations for everybody for the forum.
I hope somebody could help me:
I'm going to try Fomapan 100, but I want to develop it with HC 110.
(I've one and a half bottles of Hc 110, and don't want to lose it):
I have found some documentation about Fomapan, but almost nothing about Fomapan 100/HC 110.
¿Could Fomapan 100 be developed with HC-110? .I'm looking for times, dilutions, etc...but I haven't found it.
Could anybody help me.
Thank you very much
Best regards.

You should be able to find the information you need here Fernando.Fernando wrote:Hi,

I have just looked at the chart and it gives 9 minutes for sheet film and 10 minutes for #120 size film rolls at "Dilution `H`" what ever that is. Perhaps Jon can help.Fernando wrote:Thanks, but...
...there is no information on the Digitaltruth database about the combination of Fomapan 100/HC-100.
I'm looking for a starting point to work with Fomapan, so...
If somebody could share his/her experience with this film, it would help me a lot...
Thanks a lot.

Thanks everybody.
I've tried with dilution H , 8' 20ºC. Very nice prints: Fine grain and contrast. Thanks everybody.
I've tried too with Fomapan 100 shoted at 80 ASA, dilution H, 7' 1/2 at 20º. In the prints, I think the tonal scale and contrast are better at 80 ASA.
I've a question: Fomapan negative seems to much fragile. I manipulate it with a lot of care, but always find thin lines on the brilliant face.
This isn't a camera trouble, because with only happen with the foma. I've checked the chassis, the film loader. There is no problem with another films in the same chasis and loader, so...
...Could be that the film is too much thin, or fragile?
Does anybody know which could be the problem?
Thanks a lot
