Pan F+ has been around for a long time, so if you still have a box of Pan F then it will have lost film speed if it has not been frozen. As a result, it is hard to say what a good development time will be.

The development time differences between the old Pan F and the newer Pan F+ are not wildly different. You can use the Pan F+ times as a starting point.

If the film has not been frozen or refrigerated then my best advice would be to double the development time. But do not expect perfect results.

If this is the only roll you have then there is going to be an element of trial and error no matter what time you choose to develop it for. If you have a bunch of rolls then I would advise running a test roll to determine the most appropriate time.
