If an app is crashing or will not load, then the problem is most likely related to the operating system or your device. If you are experiencing a crash please try these steps first. If you cannot resolve it, please open a Support Ticket

All systems and devices

In almost every case reported to us, the reason for the app crashing when launched is due to corruption during download or an error during installation. The easiest and quickest way to fix this problem is to:
  1. Delete the app from your device.
  2. Log in to your account at the App Store (Apple) or the Play Store (Android).
  3. Re-download and reinstall the app (you own the app, there is no additional cost).

Apple iOS users

The first thing to do is back up the app to your computer or the cloud by performing a full sync. Delete the app from your device, then shutdown and restart. Perform a sync to reinstall/restore the app and it should work fine.

Android users

You can try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your device by going to Settings > Apps > [app name] and choosing the option to Uninstall. You can to try "Clear Cache" to see if this solves the problem before you uninstall, but don't select to Clear Data. Shutdown and restart your device, then log back into the Play store and reinstall the app from your account.

If you continue to have a problem, try to “Clear Data” and then delete and reinstall the app from Google Play.
